This project is centered on the responsibility towards current and future generations, aiming to contribute to a livable environment. The goal is not only to alleviate the housing shortage but also to link the construction project with special ecological criteria. It meets the Klima-aktiv criteria of the Federal Ministry for Sustainability. Modern building technology eliminates the need for oil and gas.

The completed residential complex, a new building finished in June 2020, comprises 38 smart apartments. It was successfully completed as part of the project development and sold to an investment company with similar values. The sale to an institutional investor marks the successful completion of this environmentally conscious and future-oriented project.
